The Shame Problem
• God solves it with honesty, confession, voluntary accountability and forgiveness. See 2 Chronicles 26 where Uzziah got arrogant and decided to go burn incense in the temple. He had sought God while Zechariah was his mentor. But had fallen to his on pride after great success and praise from others (praise accepted rather than redirected to the true source - attempting to share the stage with God is a matker of pride, and pride precedes a fall).
• the world solves it by denying the truth of sin, concealing or masking it, denying God's authority and redefining terms to where good = bad.
